A lot of renovation problems come from a gap: the person who sold the job never sees it again, and the crew doing the work never heard what was promised. S&M Renovations runs the other way. The owner walks your project in person, writes the estimate, and supervises the work from start to finish — so what was scoped is what gets built.

Four steps, no surprises
1. In-person walkthrough
We look at the actual space — measurements, condition, what's staying and what's changing. Renovations priced from photos get re-priced later; we'd rather see it first.
2. Written estimate
You get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts. If the scope changes along the way, the price conversation happens before the work does — not after.
3. Owner-supervised work
The owner is on the project while it's being built. Questions during the job get answered by the person who scoped it.
4. Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you before we call it done.
